Which image formats can I convert to JSON?
Upload a PNG or JPEG image. Dakiaa uses OCR to read its text and detect document data. A clear, upright image with readable text generally needs less manual correction than a blurred or low-resolution image.
How do I correct a value that OCR reads incorrectly?
Check the highlighted source and review the extracted value. You can draw a named field around the relevant region for a closer extraction and correct the value for the current file. Review it again before using the JSON.
Can I choose my own JSON field names?
Yes. Map detected values into meaningful properties such as invoiceNumber, customer and total. Customize the output in the script editor and save the template for images with the same structure.
